John Garino has been a Real Estate Broker for more than 10 years. He grew up in Senneville and the Eastern Townships. He received a Diploma in Commerce in 1999. Following graduation, he enrolled at John Abbott College to be a Real Estate Broker where he graduated with excellent marks. John ‎sells residential, agricultural and commercial properties. He specializes in high end and waterfront properties in the West ‎Island, Montreal and surrounding areas. These include prestigious listings in Montreal, the Laurentians, Eastern Townships, Brome Lake, Lake Massawippi and Lake Memphremagog
 
John’s ancestral family homestead is located in Stanbridge East, a village located in the heart of the wine country of the Eastern Townships and home to the Missisquoi Museum. Having an extended family with homes in South America and Africa, John is well traveled. As a result of his family background and travel experiences, John developed a vision for a novel approach to real estate. He created City and Country Connections with Royal Lepage‎, ‎which specializes in linking customers from urban centers such as Montreal with properties in the Eastern Townships and Laurentians, and vice versa.
 
John is customer focused, with an in depth of knowledge of real estate‎. His analytical skills help his customers set the correct price for the sale of their home and to find properties that meet their needs and budget.
